We are a member of ABTA (our member number is Y6723). This means that when you book with us, you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We provide financial protection for your money in the event that we can’t offer your holiday (e.g. due to government restrictions at your destination) and hold a bond with ABTA.
Travel insurance exists to cover the cost of assistance in the event of accidents or illness while you’re away, and to cover the cost of you cancelling your holiday. We do not offer insurance, so please secure your own appropriate arrangements.
At least 8 weeks before your trip, please check the latest country-specific health advice from the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) on the TravelHealthPro website. Each country-specific page has information on vaccine recommendations, any current health risks or outbreaks, and factsheets with information on staying healthy abroad. Guidance is also available from NHS (Scotland) on the FitForTravel website. Passport and visa information for international travel from the UK can be found here for France, and here for Italy.
